*NBC News: A Pennsylvania judge has blocked enforcement of the key section of a voter identification law which the state legislature enacted and Republican Governor Tom Corbett signed last March, meaning that the law will not be in effect for the November 6 election.

*The presidential candidates are getting in their last hours of debate preparation ahead of Wednesday night’s face-off in Denver.  A new Pew Research survey finds that a majority of voters think President Obama will do better than Mitt Romney in the debate, 51% to 29%.

*A new CNN/ORC poll shows President Obama leading Mitt Romney nationally among likely voters by just three points, 50% to 47%.
