15 of 25 arrested

By late yesterday afternoon, the Seneca police had counted 15 people in custody in their latest drug sweep. In this sweep, begun yesterday, morning the police target 25 people and are serving 44 arrest warrants. Chief John Covington says the charges alleged range from distribution of methamphetamine, crack cocaine, heroin, marijuana and prescription drugs and arise from a five-month undercover investigation by the city’s narcotics squad.
