4th grader top winner in saferty poster contest

A fourth grader at the Tamassee-Salem Elementary School is the grand prize winner in this year’s School Tornado Safety Poster Contest, sponsored by the Oconee Emergency Services.  Caden Rice wins a cash award of $45 dollars, along with a weather alert radio.  Awards also went to students who won first and second place in their individual school grades from across the county.
