5th spot on Tree board goes to Dennis Owens

A fifth spot on Walhalla’s re-formed Tree Board goes to Dennis Owens, a former mayoral candidate.  The selection of Owens was approved during city council’s meeting Tuesday.  Other committee members are A-D Boggs, Clarence Towe, Frances Devoe, and Frank Guldner.
