80 to 85 voters so far in Seneca

In the first three hours of voting, 80 to 85 people had cast ballots in Seneca–the largest voting precincts across Oconee County Council District Three. That equates to about 30 an hour. ┬áVoting to fill an unexpired council term is also taking place today at two other locations, in Utica and Newry. Voting today is by write-in only and will continue until 7 tonight.
