Oconee Humane Society officials say a good way to find Fido if he gets lost is an identification chip on the dog’s shoulder. From 10 to 2 tomorrow, technicians at the Animal Shelter on the Sandifer Boulevard near Seneca will attach the chip to your dog for $20. According to the Humane Society it’s a simple, painless procedure.
