A new hizzoner in Westminster

Brian Ramey recited the oath of office as given by the city attorney this afternoon and became the new mayor of Westminster.  He immediately announced a celebration event later this evening.  Ramey and two the three candidates elected to the city council were also sworn into office.  Like Ramey, Susan Ramey and Ronald Dotson are starting four-year terms in office.  A third elected council member, Charles Miller, was unable to attend today’s swearing-in, according to City Attorney Derek Enderlin.
