“A personnel matter that is being addressed….”

A complaint of cyber bullying against a Walhalla High administrator is being investigated by district officials. Dr. Mike Lucas, county superintendent, told 96.3/WGOG NEWS that while the investigation is being made the administrator, Walhalla High assistant principal Charlie Fowler, has been placed on leave. In response to reports about a petition seeking Fowler’s dismissal because of a Facebook posting, Lucas also told reporters, “I am aware of the posting of the employee, and it is a personnel matter that is being addressed per our policies.” Lucas says that investigation should be completed this week.
