A political comeback?

A former Walhalla leader is mounting a comeback.  Just an hour and a half before the qualifying ends, Randy Chastain signed up to run for a council seat.  He joins two incumbents–T-J Bagwell and David Underwood–as the field for three city council seats. Chastain is a former mayor and councilman.
