A second polling place for Seneca

Traditionally, Seneca’s voters have gone to one place to cast their ballots whether it’s the Shaver Recreation Complex on the south side of the railroad tracks or its voting poll location predecessor the National Guard Armory on the north side of the tracks. Now a second location, in addition to the Shaver Complex, is being considered. And City Administrator Greg Dietterick says the county’s elections director, Joy Scharich, will pay a visit to City Hall next month to talk about adding the Gignilliat Community Center as a polling place.
