Accident near Westminster

An accident on this rainy morning near Westminster.  A caller reports two vehicles involved—one of which appears to have rolled over in a ditch.  Shortly before 8 this morning, an ambulance left the scene of the accident at U-S 76/the Toccoa Highway and Hobson Street.
