Accident on 123 By-Pass

96.3/WGOG NEWS has reports of an accident on Seneca’s By-Pass near the traffic lights at Seneca Drive and Mountain View Drive. At least one person reported injured. Apparently two cars involved. Other traffic has been impeded.
