Accident UPDATE

Motorists taking highway 28 from Walhalla and West Union this morning are being asked to avoid an accident scene that has blocked both Seneca-bound lanes of the highway.  The accident was reported at 7:15 this morning on 28 and West Union Road–not far from Poplar Springs Road bridge.  Reports from the scene indicate a moped involved and two people hurt.
