Additional charge filed against Tyler McKenzie Orr

The Seneca police announced this afternoon they have placed a charge of exposing another to HIV against Tyler McKenzie Orr, arrested by the Sheriff’s Office Thursday on other charges of the same offense. In an arrest affidavit signed by a city officer and issued by the office of the municipal court, Orr is accused of the offense December 6 at a location on the 123 By-Pass.
