An Oconee County land swap

A land exchange with Oconee County will allow an Atlanta area developer a building location inside the county’s Golden Corner Commerce Park at Fair Play. And that, according to County Administrator Scott Moulder, will position the county to receive another spec building to be used as a carrot to attract an industrial rabbit. The deal, approved last night by Oconee County Council, gives Stone Mountain Industrial Park Inc. of Tucker, Georgia 57.59 acres. The swap means that Oconee County becomes the owner of another 57.59 acres on U-S 123 near Seneca.
