An Oconee fundraiser for Vincent Sheheen

 Oconee Democrats say they are pleased by the crowd for a fundraiser last night for Vincent Sheheen, their party’s hopeful this year for the nomination to run for Governor. Sheheen spoke at the event held at a Lake Keowee restaurant. Sheheen spoke on his vision for more a prosperous state and what he called real education reform. Among those attending was Barbara Jo Mullis, who is seeking the Democrats’ nomination to run for the Third Congressional seat.
