Anderson man arrested in Seneca

The police in Seneca say they found a man slumped over the steering wheel in a car parked late at night in front of a car wash on E-N 1st Street.  The police arrested Anderson resident Jeremy Dean Robinson on the charge of possession of tools for the commission of a crime.  According to the incident report, officer Austin Watson’s investigation revealed that among the tools found was a homemade key to open cylinder-type locks for change holders at car washes.  The 41-year old Robinson was also issued a ticket for concealed weapon violation.
