Andrew Brown wins a variance to zoning law

A Seneca regulatory board granted a variance last night to the city’s zoning law that allows Andrew Brown to place a manufactured home on vacant property at 1104 E. S. 2nd Street. No one spoke in opposition during a City Hall hearing conducted by the board of zoning appeals, according to Tamy Sanford, city planner.
