Ann Rogers recognized by Governor Haley

A long-time volunteer with the Oconee Public Library, Ann Rogers, received a S.C. Governor’s Volunteer Award last week for her work with the South Carolina Room at the Walhalla Library. Rogers previously won the Sarah Mills Norton Award for Volunteer Service at the Oconee Library’s Volunteer Week dinner. The latest award was presented by Governor Haley at the State House and was followed by a luncheon to further honor Rogers and other recipients.
