Apparent suicide

What appeared first as the scene of a fatal traffic accident between Seneca and Clemson has turned into a separate kind of investigation. State troopers earlier reported a fatality at an accident scene of Bayshore Drive near Plantation Road, but Oconee Sheriff Mike Crenshaw says the investigation has now turned to an apparent suicide. The victim is reported to have been found on the road, and Crenshaw says a weapon was found near the body.
