Architect’s rendering of new utilities yard

City of Seneca City od Seneca 2 All Seneca residents have an invitation this week to view drawings and ask questions about the city’s plans to build a new utilities’ complex behind City Hall between North Second and Third streets in the city blocks bordered by Depot and Walnut streets. The city council’s Light and Water Committee had a look at architect’s sketches last night. The sketches show a retaining wall and line of trees to help shape the property and obscure the view from the adjoining streets and homes. Utilities Superintendent Bob Faires announced the plans go on public display at 6 o’clock Thursday night at City Hall.
