Arrest in Seneca By-Pass burglary

The police in Seneca say a 34-year old Walhalla man was arrested yesterday and charged in a one-month old burglary at a By-Pass 123 nightspot.  Law enforcement documents show the arrested man, John Cody Duncan, faces charges of burglary second degree, malicious damage and simple larceny.  A burglary alarm during the pre-dawn hours of October 13 alerted police to Mullen’s Irish Pub and Grill.  Once the business owner arrived, the police say, it was determined that a computer system and about $1,500 dollars were stolen.  Warrants issued by the municipal judge led the police to Duncan’s arrest.
