Arrest made as part of “Operation Infinity”

The criminal offense alleging neglect of a child is the reason that a 24-year old man with no fixed address has been removed from the roads and streets of Oconee County and given a place in jail. It’s there, at least for the time being, that Kenneth Daniel Jones will remain pending a court date. Jones was arrested Monday as part of the Operation Infinity drug sweep that began October 30. According to the Oconee Sheriff’s Office, an arrest affidavit alleges that a child, fathered by Jones, tested positive for amphetamine, methamphetamine, and marijuana.
