Arrest made in church crime

A young man who played video games with other youths at a Westminster area church one day is being accused of stealing game equipment from the church the next day. Oconee Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of Reggie Malik Lewis of the Davis Bridge Road on charges of third degree burglary and petty larceny. Jimmy Watt, spokesman for the sheriff’s office, quotes an incident report as saying the 17-year old Malik was playing video games at the Corinth Baptist Church on the Toccoa Highway the day before three games and a PlayStation 4 video game system were taken. The goods stolen carry a value of around $580 dollars.
