Arrest made in Seneca car breakins

The police in Seneca say a car they stopped this week in search of an auto break-in suspect started as a case of driving under suspension. But it escalated. The police say in the vehicle driven by Orin Kemp, 38, of Whittle’s Trailer Park, they found incriminating evidence. That evidence included identification documents belonging to others and tools that the police believe were used to break car windows at the Shaver Recreation Complex and the Seneca Cinemas. Kemp was charged with breaking into motor vehicles, financial identity theft, financial transaction card theft, larceny, and possession of tools of crime. The police are keeping this investigation open.
