Artists invite to decorate Seneca building

Seneca Water Plant has invited local and area artists to draw on their imagination and creativity as to how a bare wall inside the plant building at Normandy Shores can be brightened and reflect area history.  Bob Faires, utilities superintendent, said a meeting recently took place at which artist members of the Blue Ridge Arts Council were invited to come up with ideas.  Those ideas will be coordinated with Suzette Cross of the Arts Council and given to the city for its consideration.  At the rebuilt water plant, a wall in the lobby of the building measures approximately 12 feet high and 25 feet long.
