Large truck “hung up” on SC 28

Once again a large truck, this time a concrete truck, has “hung up” at the hill on  the Frontage Road entrance to SC 28 across the entrance to Oconee Memorial Hospital.  The Seneca police say a wrecker is on the scene, attempting to dislodge the truck.  Meantime, traffic should be careful in that victinity.
