Seneca’s Board of Architectural Review meets Monday to consider applications for three certificates of appropriateness.  Before the board will be project requests at the following locations:  119 N. Three-hour kids’ festival is Saturday

“Dia del Nino” is the name for tomorrow’s children’s festival at Walhalla’s James Brown Elementary School.  The school on the Coffee Road invites all Oconee County children for three hours of free activities and treats for the whole family — such as inflatables, carnival games, and pinata.  There’ll be food for sale. The festival hours are 10 to 1.
