A 18-year-old man has been arrested by the Oconee Sheriff’s Office on multiple charges, including first degree burglary.  According to a sheriff’s office report, Ryan Thomas Cowie of Pearl River, New York was arrested early Sunday on a third floor at the EPOCH student housing complex near Clemson.

A sheriff’s sergeant, Aaron Alexander, is on the stand this morning in the Oconee General Sessions Court trial.
