In the 24-hour period that ended at 7 this morning, Walhalla officially received more than 2.5″ rain and hard rain continues to fall.  By routine, weather watcher Barbara Wilson ventures out of her home and walks toward the weather station.  On mornings like this, she covers up in boots and a poncho.  A flashlight also is required gear.
