A Seneca representative will now hold the gavel during meetings of the board that sets policy for the Joint Regional Sewer Authority. The JRSA’s long-time chairman, Walhalla’s Scott Parris, took himself out of consideration for a new term during the 2020 re-organization meeting of the sewer commissioners.
