Public safety responders had their hands full on Friday afternoon on U-S 123, the Seneca-Clemson Boulevard.  An accident at Jacobs Road, followed by a rear-end collision at the Food Lion traffic lights clogged traffic in rain on a Friday afternoon, one of the busiest traffic volume periods for that section of the highway.
