The Salem Library extends an invitation this morning to its monthly craft/story program targeted to pre-school children.  This morning’s program at 11 o’clock is aimed at expanding the creativity of young minds and developing the motor skills needed for school.  The program theme is “Turkeys.”

A 62-year old man died yesterday afternoon after the tree he cut fell on top of him. Coroner Karl Addis says the victim, Timothy Andrew Butts, was discovered around 2:15 yesterday afternoon on his property on Sweetbriar Trail in the Foxwood Hills subdivision.
