Neck fracture caused driver’s death

An autopsy disclosed that a Seneca man died Sunday night in a Mountain Rest car accident of a fracture to the neck.  41-year old Alton Owens died at the scene on SC 28/the Highlands Highway, eight miles north of Walhalla. Six Mile driver killed near home

A Pickens County accident early last night took the life of a 62-year old Six Mile resident.  Jan Zwolinski died in the accident on Gap Hill Road near his home.  Pickens County Coroner Kandy Kelley said Zwolinski was at the wheel of a Lexus LX 470.  According to the state patrol, the car hit a utility pole and overturned.
