Former Blue Ridge, Georgia resident Darcy Arnall arrived this week as the new children’s public librarian in Oconee County.  Arnall’s first day on her new job was Monday.  She has six years’ library experience, including manager of children’s services at the Fannin County, Georgia Public Library.
