Small vehicles–a pickup and a car–collided shortly before 4 yesterday afternoon in front of the Seneca Burger King.  One vehicle turned over and, according to fire department personnel, two people were sent to the hospital across the highway.

An official 57-degree low temperature in Walhalla prompts our weather watcher to say, “Fall is trying to sneak in, but I don’t know if it is going to get here.”  Actually, the calendar calls for the official start of autumn to be Monday, but we’ll see.
