Officially four men are running to be mayor of Walhalla, with the latest filings today by Tjay Bagwell and Randy Chastain.  Bagwell and Chastain, along with Danny Edwards and Dennis Owens, are all seasoned in the business of Walhalla city government.  It’s still possible that others might file for mayor, as the qualifying deadline runs until Monday at noon.
