A regulatory board in Seneca decides tonight whether a pair of projects within the city’s design review district are appropriate.  Board of Architectural Review hearings will consider a certificate for the Seneca Improvements Corporation for 119 Ram Cat Alley and for Polo Inc. at 403 E. Main Street.  The City Hall public hearings start at 6 o’clock.
