Traffic caution in Westminster

An early morning accident scene remains a spot for motorists to be careful in Westminster.  Around 6 this morning a vehicle hit a utility police, and by 10 this morning, crews were still making repairs on SC 24/the West-Oak Highway in the vicinity of the First Baptist Church.  The police request motorists to be careful there.
