Arson alleged inside motel room

The police say they handcuffed and removed a 37-year old guest from a motel room during a late-night arson investigation at the Best Western in Seneca.  Law enforcement records show charges of arson third degree and malicious injury to personal property against Burns Mill Road, West Union resident Kristopher Oneal Justus.  Justus was arrested Friday night.
