A Lake Keowee fisherman launching his boat this morning saw a vehicle beneath the water.  Public safety responders found a Dodge van under eight feet of water, but no one inside or around the vehicle.  It’s a case for investigation by South Carolina DNR, and there’s speculation the Dodge van, early 200s, might have been stolen and deliberately placed there.
