Arrest after shots fired in Foxwood Hills

A 54-year old Oconee man has been arrested on charges arising from shots fired last weekend in a neighborhood of Foxwood Hills near Lake Hartwell.  Arrest records show charges of use of firearm under the influence and breach of peace aggravated in nature.  Deputies responded to an address early Saturday on Minden Way and arrested Raymond McKinley Werts Jr.
