New director for a children’s home

The Collins Children’s Home near Seneca has a new leader.  Kelly Ross, Oconee native, is the new director. Ross’s background includes West-Oak High graduate, army veteran, former CEO of the Foothills Care Center, and former staff member of the Piedmont Women’s Center in Greenville.  Her family is described pleased that she has returned to her home county.
