Sunday night incident in Westminster

A young Westminster man ran afoul of the law for allegedly purporting himself to be a law enforcement officer.  The city police released details of an early Sunday night incident on Cedar Street in which Austin Miguel Gutierrez, 27, of John Street stands accused of disturbing the peace and impersonating a law enforcement officer.
