Can the messy business of sewer be made cleaner?  It’s a question that Chris Eleazer sought to answer during yesterday’s board meeting of the Oconee Joint Regional Sewer Authority.  Not just cleaner, but also tidier, and safer in Eleazer’s estimation.  And he referred to the state health authority’s evaluation of the complex at Seneca’s southern edge.
