Nine-year term handed down in Oconee

For the crime of criminal sexual conduct with a minor second degree, a Seneca area man was sent to prison today for nine years. Before becoming eligible for early release, Thomas Lamar Cobb of Gammell Street, Utica must serve nearly seven years of the term. A court officer said Cobb pleaded guilty to a crime that occurred March 23.
