Watering restriction lifted

Out of the drought, Duke Energy says it has lifted the restriction limiting lakeside residents to watering on Tuesdays and Saturdays only. A spokeswoman for the utility said, however, “We encourage prudent watering practices to protect this valuable shared resource.”
