Five graduate from manufacturing apprentice program

Officers fired upon in northeast Georgia

A publicly unidentified suspect is in custody in Stephens County, Georgia after, what’s reported, 18 rounds of gunfire were unloaded at deputies as officers answered a suspicious person complaint in the vicinity of Valley Drive. A 16-year-old boy died in a one-car accident last evening on SC 187/the Wild Hog Road in Anderson County.  Chief Deputy Coroner Don McCown said the victim, Kveon M.
