Arrestee has a hold for “ICE”

A Seneca man arrested on a drug charge in Oconee may face trouble from the federal government.  Oconee Sheriff’s Office early Thursday arrested Efren Montes-Contreras on the charge of possession of one gram of meth or cocaine base second offense.  A hold has been placed on 44-year old Montes-Contreras by the “ICE” – Immigration and Customs.
