A Dollar General store worker, riding his bicycle and headed home after work, sustained serious enough injuries to require a medical helicopter flight from Walhalla to Greenville.  The man, we’ve confirmed with a responding public safety worker, was injured late Sunday night at SC 28 and Corey Road.  The highway patrol investigated.

Six people were hurt yesterday in a Seneca intersection accident at S. 6 and Fairplay Streets.  Five of them were in an SUV, and two required extrication by the fire department.  The six injured were transported for medical attention.
