Animals are overflowing the pens of the Oconee shelter on the Sandifer Boulevard.  The Humane Society is waiving adoption fees for all dogs, one year and older.  Each dog is spayed and neutered and up-to-date on vaccines.  You can view the available pets at oconeehumane.org
